I make a personalized training schedule for both of you (to be used at home or in the gym), in my free training app, in which you can keep track of your progress. I will go through the technique and execution of each exercise with you. Each exercise is accompanied by a video and a written explanation.
Price: € 350 for 11 sessions of 60 minutes (per person)
