Sita is by far the best personal trainer I've worked with, I can't recommend her enough! Not only is Sita extremely knowledgeable with training and nutrition, but she also has an incredible way of making you feel relaxed and at ease in the gym. Her intuition is on point...she knew when she could push me a little bit more and when to adapt my workouts if my energy was low. She's very in tune with her clients needs.Sita creates workout plans based on your personal goals and will guide you along the way with tips and advice, positivity and encouragement.Sita will be your #1 supporter on your fitness journey...she made me feel like I was winning during every workout!

Amazing trainer! I have a good shape and have been training for a long time, but was stucked on my results... as an almost 40 years old women, I had a very streching aim: to diminish my body fat and gain up body strength. In 3 months together i was never bored, Sita gave me challenging and exciting sessions, that really made me give my all. As results I've reached my lowest ever fat% and gain 2,5kg of muscles, well distributed mainly in my torso, arms, shoulder and chest! Mission accomplished! 😍😍😍

I have been training with Sita for half a year and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Sita awakened love to sport in me, challenged and motivated me to go beyond my normal abilities. She is very attentive to the needs and wishes, constantly adapting the training program to help achieve better results. She is the most fun trainer I have ever met, all training sessions with her are passing by with a smile on my face. Thanks to trainings with Sita I was in great shape on my wedding day and effortlessly carried and danced in my heavy wedding dress all day and night long 😀
